Application
Precision machine tool,Coordinate measuring machine,Accurate test bed,100/min-500min Punch,Air compressor,Air pump and required special vibration isolation of equipments.
How to install
Place the mounts under the anchor of the machine,insert center bolt and engate threads in mount.Hand tightening is adequate at this point.Sequentially pressurzation of isolator rhtough valve until dimension is 3 mm for each mount.Tighten the nuts.Continue sequential pressurization of each mount so that dimension is 7 mm,Then aadjust the level of machine.Check each mount for overall height which should be within H ±6mm.
Whenever machine is to be removed from mounts,Deflate mounts before removal of load.
